If you have always wanted to learn to make fresh ravioli this is the class for you. We will learn the age old art of making fresh pasta. Learn to cook lobster and turn that into a great filling. We will serve our stuffed pasta topped with an creamy rosa sauce made in class. Don't miss this amazing class!!!

Valentines is coming up and wouldn’t it be great to make your sweetheart a special valentine this year. During this class we will celebrate all things chocolate. Chef Danie will walk you through making your own chocolate box and then we will make various truffles to fill it with for your special someone on Valentine’s Day.

Mardi Gras is synonymous with great food that is rich in the history of the gulf coast, its people and the bounty from the bayous of what they call “Cajun Country”. You will leave this class feeling ready for all of the local revelry that will have you saying “Throw me something mister” at the Neptune night parade that rolls right in front of our building at the end of the class. You will have a front row seat to all of the fun and a delicious meal as well.
