Baking Culinary Camp

This hands on cooking class will explore the world of pastries and baking.  Students will learn proper baking techniques as well as the science behind the baking.Clean up will be taught at the end of every class to ensure proper sanitary techniques are employed.  Hand washing as well as a safe and sanitary way to clean the kitchen.

Instructor: Chef Danie / Culinary Arts Director

Fee: $200.00  per child

Time: Tuesday – Friday  9:00 – 1:00 (4 day summer camp)  

                                          Ages: 8 - 14 younger ages will be considered

Limit: 10 students per class

Tuesday        -  Power of puff pastry /Quick Breads and Cinnamon Rolls

Wednesday  -  Three layer cakes and decorating

Thursday      – Cream puffs/eclairs and bavarian cream

Friday           – Coconut macaroons and French macarons
