Chef Danie’s --- International Cooking Class

This interactive culinary for camp for kids will start out with teaching the basics of food culture from other countries. Students will take their taste buds on a culinary tour of other countries and cook a meal from each country and learn the importance of fresh food. Clean up will be taught at the end of every class to ensure proper sanitary techniques are employed. Hand washing as well as a safe and sanitary way to clean the kitchen.

This ticket is for a three day class

Instructor: Chef Danie / Culinary Arts Director

Fee: $150.00 per child

Time: Tuesday – Thursday 1:00 – 4:00 (three day summer camp) 

Ages: 8-14 younger ages will be considered

Limit: 10 students per class

Class 1 – Mexico – Lesson on food culture of Mexico

Menu – Chicken Enchiladas w/ salsa verde

Class 2 -  Japan – Lessons on the food culture of Japan

Menu – Sushi / Chicken Teriyaki

Class 3 – Italy – Lesson on food culture of Italy

Menu – Spaghetti and Meatballs
