About the Event

Roasting is one of the basics of great cooking.  In this class you will learn how to break down a whole chicken and use the roasting pan to perfectly roast the chicken and create an amazing sauce.   While the chicken roasts we will make the perfect gnocchi to toss in the sauce and complete the meal.
