📷Welcome to my first blog about my favorite subject FOOD.  I am the Chef and owner of Capone's Italian Ristorante in Ocean Springs, MS.  I have owned and operated a restauranton the Mississippi Gulf Coast for sixteen wonderful yearsnow and I love what I do and the people I meet doing my job.  I will be sharing recipes and ideas for some great Italian meals you can make right at home.  I test recipes all the time  to find the very best way to make just about everything you can imagine so just think of me as a good friend who is  excited to get you and your family in the kitchen cooking  together and eating together.   I am super passionate about fresh, local food and absolutely no preservatives.  You should enjoy what you eat and it should also be something your body can fully process for fuel.    I hope you enjoy the blog and I hope you will be willing to share recipes with me as well.
